What is Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy is a type of medicine, which focuses on using essential oils, and plant compounds that are aromatic to heal the body, improve overall health, and improve a person’s well being and quality of life. Aromatherapy is a fast-growing body of alternative medicine that seeks to better understand how to use and involved aromatic plant compounds and more in the healing process, ranging on issues from massage therapy work, to body work that seeks to detoxify the body while providing anxiety relief for the mind.
